General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Identification of the seller

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between:

And any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase through the website coodi.co, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”.

2. Purpose

The purpose of these GTC is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of digital training courses and educational content offered by DIGITIKA on the coodi.co platform.

3. Products and services

DIGITIKA sells online training courses in the form of video content, educational documents and access to private training areas. These training courses are intangible goods, accessible through the Systeme.io platform after the payment has been validated.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in Tunisian Dinars (DT), all taxes included. DIGITIKA reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is validated.

5. Order and payment

The Client may pay for the order by:

The order is confirmed after the payment has been received and validated. The Client then receives an email containing their access to the training course.

6. Access to the training course

Access to the training course is activated within a maximum of 24 business hours after the payment is confirmed. This access is strictly personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to share or resell access results in immediate termination without refund.

7. Refund policy

Nature of the products: The training courses sold on coodi.co are digital content with immediate access. In accordance with the regulations applicable to digital goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the Client has accessed the content.

However, DIGITIKA reviews any refund request in the following cases:

For any request, the Client must contact DIGITIKA at [email protected] within 2 days of the purchase, stating their name, the training course purchased and the reason for the request. DIGITIKA undertakes to respond within 7 business days.

8. Intellectual property

All content available on coodi.co (videos, texts, visuals, educational materials) is the exclusive property of DIGITIKA and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability

DIGITIKA undertakes to make every effort to ensure the availability of the platform and the quality of the content. DIGITIKA cannot be held liable for the results obtained by the Client from applying the teachings, as these depend on each individual’s commitment and actions.

10. Governing law

These GTC are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Tunis shall have sole jurisdiction.
